Corporate Branding for ‘vitaclinical’, the Unique Dental Implant System 

With the creation of vitaclinical a new brand in the field of dental implantology has been developed, under the  umbrella of our long-standing customer, Vita Zahnfabrik. Building on decades of experience in dental restoration and reproduction, Vita is now taking a logical step forwards by creating a continuous compatibility of implant and composition with the vitaclinical system. Based on conviction, vitaclinical focuses on metal-free ceramics - in the knowledge of the particular advantages of this material in terms of naturalness and compatibility.

The Meyer-Hayoz Design Engineering Group was able to support this project as an innovation partner from the first idea up to the market launch of ceramic.implant.

The result is an entire implant system from one source, with a high grade of creativity, continuity and identity. Together with the customer, our communication and graphic design divisions developed the corporate brand as well as a variety of product brands. Our fields of activity ranged from creating the (visual) appearance, the naming to structuring and designing the manuals.

The highest design requirements were also placed on the instruments, such as the surgical.tray or torque.wrench, which are necessary for the precise placement of the ceramic.implant. We were able to accomplish this  through linking up our fields of competence industrial design and graphic design.

Our design team also created an intelligent packaging system for the entire product range, from the smallest prosthetic part up to the dispatch box, and made an important contribution, among other aspects, also to the optimal logistics from producer to implantologists, with the aid of a sophisticated graphical codification.
